Quest Steps
- Speak to the Dream World Explorer in Morocc to learn about the Dream Zones and commence your journey into Desolation Culvert. Select Desolation Culvert from the menu. You must be at least level 90.
- You'll be informed that you're far from reality and must eliminate the Immortal Bug Eggs.
- Proceed to hunt the eggs to halt the immortality ritual. Be cautious of mutated bug species unique to this area.
- There's a 1 in 4 chance that 3 Immortality Essence Bugs will spawn. Exercise extra caution when this occurs at the start.
- Once all eggs are destroyed, a location will be marked on your mini-map, indicating the arrival of the Dream Entity, Desolation Bug.
- Ensure the number of spawned eggs never reaches 10. If this threshold is met, Desolation Bug's scales will harden, doubling its DEF and MDEF, making it significantly harder to defeat.
- The more eggs present, the more the battle area becomes constricted due to Poison Mists. Once the egg count drops to 0, all poison mist spawns will disappear, leaving only the Poison Mist Gates.
- The higher the egg count, the more powerful Desolation Bug's self-healing becomes, as it strives for immortality.
