Find Mom in the Main Office after having been validated by staff to claim your monthly milestone rewards.

Location & Process:
  • Main Office (main_office 192, 183)
  • Players must open a support ticket via our Discord Server (opens in a new tab) during eligible periods.
  • Milestone participation rewards such as Gold Coins and Kachua Keys are manually distributed by staff.
  • Staff reserve the right to handle all claims on a case-by-case basis.
  • Kindly allow up to 72 hours for request queries to be completed.

  • IP and hardware address are checked and logged.
  • Attempting to bypass these restrictions will result in disqualification.
  • Late claims will not be honored unless approved under special circumstances.
