In-Game Rules
By playing on our world, you agree to abide by the AoY Server Rules. These guidelines exist to keep gameplay fair and the community welcoming.
- Treat all players and staff with respect.
- No harassment, insults, discrimination, defamation, or false accusations.
- Racism, xenophobia, homophobia, or prejudice of any kind have no place here.
- Do not impersonate another player or staff member (including using their name to harass or insult).
- Do not ask staff for handouts, and do not publicly attack or defame staff members.
- Staff/member issues must be handled privately with Administration. Publicly discussing staff/member matters may result in suspension.
- Use English in global channels (#main).
- Do not join Age of Ymir with the intent to advertise anything (services, websites, other games/servers, etc.).
- Do not grief or deliberately disturb other players (including disrupting events).
- Constant kill-stealing and PK hunting of a player is considered griefing and harassment.
- No real-world or cross-game/server trading (RMT) in any form.
- No illegal business or transactions through Age of Ymir.
- No buying, selling, or trading Age of Ymir accounts for any in-game or real-world currency, goods, or services.
- Do not abuse or exploit bugs/glitches/errors within the game, website, or forum.
- If you discover a bug or exploit, report it immediately and do not spread information that could lead others to abuse it.
- No third-party software (bots, cheat engines, or similar) to gain an advantage or to AFK play.
- You may not use more than one account to AFK fish. This applies to general AFK-farming scenarios as well (especially with Homunculi).
Zero tolerance: exploiting bugs or using third-party tools may result in a permanent ban, regardless of circumstance or claimed ignorance.
- Do not trick, scam, or attempt to gain account access, currency, goods, or services through any means.
- You are responsible for your account and items. Sharing account information or lending items is your choice — and so are the consequences.
- Staff have no obligation to restore losses caused by shared account information or voluntary item lending.
- Do not reuse material from the website or forums elsewhere without Administration approval.

Monster Disruption – repeatedly teleporting or using movement skills as well as items (e.g., Fly Wing) after partially damaging monsters, especially in public farming, field or dungeon areas. | Skill Abuse | For instance, using 'Kyrie Elesion to replace 'Assumptio' from a player, casting 'Ice Wall' to block/move a player and similar actions. These are the allowed GRF modifications:
- Gray Map/Gray Tiles
- Big Card Sprite
- No Damage Sprite
- Giant Mob Sprite
- Chibi Mode Sprite
Provide videos or screenshots in case you come across a player committing any of the aforementioned violations.
The rules and sanctions listed above may change based on decisions from the Staff.
Additional rules and sanctions that haven't been covered might be introduced later to foster unity within the server.
