On AoY, the live tooltips surface the same class role through the modern names above, so the practical translation is straightforward. The inherited Merchant and Alchemist notes still matter too: MammoniteMammonite keeps AoY's 50% zeny-cost reduction from the Merchant line, and the server's Game Changes still enforce the rule that Homunculus EXP stops after 30 seconds if the owner is not roaming.

Creator is the transcendent Merchant-line specialist that upgrades Alchemist's utility package into a much stronger mix of bottle burst, party protection, potion support, and long-term Homunculus value.

This is the explicit build on the current iRO Biochemist page. The source still frames Acid Bomb as one of the best MVP-killing skills in the game, and that same role lands on AoY through Acid DemonstrationAcid Demonstration. You still want enough sturdiness and accuracy to operate safely, but the live AoY tooltip makes it clear that INT remains especially important because the skill's damage is affected by your INT and the target's VIT.



This is the expensive, high-payoff Creator route. If you have the bottles, SP sustain, and either a tank or durable gear, it is the fastest way to make the class feel like a true transcendent Alchemist instead of just a stronger field farmer.

On AoY, that support identity lands through Slim Potion PitcherSlim Potion Pitcher plus the whole inherited chemical-protection branch.



This is the right route if you want Creator as a WoE and party utility character first, with bottle damage staying secondary to keeping allies geared, sustained, and safe.

AGI Field Farmer / Homunculus

The iRO tactics section still points out that an AGI Biochemist can comfortably solo maps like Juno Field 4 and Veins Field 3, which means the old field-farming Alchemist rhythm is still a valid Creator route when you do not want to burn bottles constantly. This path keeps your weapon setup practical, lets FireblendFireblend or strong melee weapons do some of the work, and continues to benefit from the full Homunculus system.



On AoY, the big caveat is still roaming. If your farming plan depends on a Homunculus, do not treat Creator like a true AFK character, because Homunculus EXP still shuts off after 30 seconds without movement.

Use it for MVP windows, dangerous targets, and situations where faster kills are worth the bottle cost instead of spamming it carelessly on every normal mob.
Lex And Tank SynergyThe iRO tactics section specifically recommends pairing Creator with a Priest for Lex AeternaLex Aeterna and, when possible, a dedicated tank. That still translates perfectly to AoY. Creator feels much safer and much richer when someone else can hold the MVP still while you spend bottles on clean burst windows.
Protection TimingFull Chemical ProtectionFull Chemical Protection is not just a WoE novelty. The current iRO page calls it useful in all gameplay, and AoY's live tooltip confirms it lasts up to 600 seconds at max level for the cost of one Glistening Coat. Keep it on tanks, gear-sensitive allies, and yourself before entering content where strip or break effects would ruin a run.

That split still works here, but the naming translation matters: iRO's Acid Bomb, Aid Condensed Potion, and Cultivate Plant appear on AoY as Acid Demonstration, Slim Potion Pitcher, and Plant Cultivation. The inherited Merchant and Alchemist adjustments still matter too, especially AoY's cheaper MammoniteMammonite and the roaming restriction on Homunculus EXP.

AoY does not currently have a dedicated local Geneticist Equipment page or a direct third-class promotion chain, so the practical translation is to treat that iRO advice as long-term gearing logic rather than a literal next step. For Creator specifically, the live iRO page splits gear priorities between Acid Demonstration burst, defensive MVP and WoE protection, and an optional brewing setup.
