Expanded Class Guides

Gunslingers bring some of the strongest early expanded-class ranged damage in Ragnarok by combining firearm mastery with skill-based burst. On Age of Ymir, that means fast field farming through , , and weapon-specific finishers like or .
Their other big strength is ammunition flexibility. Much like Archers with arrows, Gunslingers can swap elemental and carry extra stacks through , letting them answer a wide range of maps while staying safely at range.

Builds
This is the classic newbie-friendly AoE Gunslinger route from the iRO guide. You move into mobs and repeatedly cast , which hits in a large area around the caster while using and to clean up single targets.
It is expensive on ammo because each cast consumes multiple , but the leveling speed is excellent once your pistol damage is online.
This route plays around for wide ranged AoE, with to knock dangerous monsters away and to finish tougher single targets.
If you enjoy a more explosive ranged playstyle and do not mind carrying heavier guns and extra ammunition, this is one of the smoothest mobbing routes into later Gunslinger progression.
This is the cheaper single-target option from the iRO guide and is usually more of a fun or budget route than a fast leveling route. Revolvers pair well with , while Gatling Guns scale well with .
High DEX keeps ranged damage and HIT reliable, AGI boosts ASPD, and LUK supports crit-based rifle or pistol play when you want a lower-SP build.

| Base 41-60 | AoY does not use bounty boards, so pair , , and with Eden Group Leveling Quests. | |
