Hollgrehenn: The go-to NPC for upgrading equipment. Hollgrehenn allows you to refine armor and weapons using a wide variety of ores, including Rough, Standard, HD, and Enriched refinement materials.
Standard Refinement Ores have a chance to fail, which may result in item breakage at higher levels. HD Ores prevent breakage but lower the refinement level by 1 on failure. Enriched Refinement Ores increase success rates but still risk failure, potentially breaking the equipment. Enriched Ethernium/Etherdeocon provide a safer refinement path where failure decreases the refinement level by 1, but the equipment does not break. Only applicable to Level 2 armors and Level 5 weapons.
