Overview
World Blessings is a server-wide charity event rather than a warp-in mini-game. Players donate Zeny or 
Star of Blessing at the Star of Blessings NPC in the Main Office. Once the active donation goal is met, the blessing automatically activates and increases rates for the whole server.
Tip: Unlike Harmony's arena events, there is no special event map to join. When
World Blessings activate, every player benefits globally. Use
@rates in game, or check the official play-aoy.com homepage for live Base / Job / Drop rates and the current status timer.
How To Participate
Visit the Star of Blessings NPC in the Main Office at main_office 205 203. From that menu, players can donate Zeny, donate Star of Blessing, check the active donation totals, review the Happy Hour schedule, and view their contribution history.
The NPC displays the current Zeny pool, today's random Star of Blessing requirement, whether that Star of Blessing activation has already been used, and how many World Blessings have triggered today.

Mechanics
- Zeny donations accept anywhere from 100,000 Zeny to 900,000,000 Zeny per turn-in.
- The shared Zeny goal is 30,000,000 Zeny for each activation.
- Star of Blessing donations accept 1 to 10 items per turn-in.
- The daily Star of Blessing requirement is randomized between 4 and 10.
- World Blessings last for 360 minutes, or 6 hours, once activated.
- The system can trigger up to 4 times per day in total.
- When the Zeny trigger fires, the script subtracts 30,000,000 Zeny from the pool instead of wiping the entire total, so excess Zeny carries forward.
- Donations are temporarily disabled while World Blessing or Happy Hour is already active.

Live status: The official play-aoy.com homepage displays the current World Blessing / Happy Hour state, live Base / Job / Drop rates, and the active timer. World Blessing appears as donation based when waiting for player contributions, while Happy Hour shows a countdown while active.
Note: Happy Hour is separate from World Blessing. It matches World Blessing's Base and Job EXP boost and adds the extra drop-rate bonus shown on the website timer/status panel.
